the PopKultur Festival, we were able to document the artists' talks in 2021 and 2022. We had the opportunity to document 36 exciting talks from the world of pop via our Magmastudio. Some of the films were provided with subtitles for inclusive purposes. For the promotion of the talks, elaborate trailers were created. Finally also for social media, we added subtitles to meet the social media trend of viewing videos on phones in a silent mode in order to increase the participation of the target groups. Pop-Kultur is a hyphen between artists’ perspectives and the society they engage with. The festival was first launched in 2015 and is now regularly in the Kulturbrauerei Berlin. Here, up-and-coming talents from Berlin perform alongside musicians from countries that are often outside of our Eurocentric focus. We were aiming to increase the awareness of the festival amongst a younger audience, especially of the POC community. To do so we gave the recently launched instagram channel a new visual identity&nbsp;and a coherent visual language for an easy recognition amongst younger generations: We initiated a collaboration with community relevant influencers who significantly increased the outreach and impact of our campaign. During the festival we produced portrait series of the present filmmakers in a unique style that went along with the visual identity of the brand design. HTC is a complex theater performance with interactive elements engaging both off-and online audiences. Through live overlay graphics, spectators are asked to share their opinions via email or call a cab for the actors. Next to three stage cameras there is also one handheld camera occasionally leaving the stage together with the actors, opening up the stage to the corridor, dressing room, rest room, court yard and even a cab drive through Berlin and thereby making the screen Projection an integral part of the aesthetics of the piece. Also, elements of the stage design served as a green screen that could be potentially keyed and projected while being live-streamed adding another level of storytelling possibilities and complexity to the performance. The event took place in GlogauAir, a well known Art Residency in the heart of the city Kreuzberg, Berlin, with the support of new partners and the participation of 78 chilean artists. Magma created a portrait series and conducted a documentation to be implemented on social media as a campaign to visualize the chilean artists inside their own working spaces, as a way to give a unique insight to a growing audience.
